I'm Aguri Naeuri, a FFXIV decorator and housing enthusiast based on Midgardsormr, Aether Datacentre.

Pricing starts at 2 million for Small houses, interior only. I also offer services for FC rooms, apartments, and partial decor at a lower cost. I can work within a wide range of budgets and styles. I can also offer crafting services across Aether DC.
In addition to my home server of Midgardsormr, I am able to make house calls on Adamantoise, Faerie, and Sargatanas on Aether DC, Balmung on Crystal DC, Moogle on Chaos DC, and Tonberry on Elemental DC. If you're interested, please contact me for a quote.
A House in Midgar
A commission for Lunamyria Moonlight. The concept was an interior inspired by Final Fantasy VII, and a Hingan exterior to match the house's location in Shirogane. The house was made to look like it belonged to a middle-class couple living in Midgar, with multiple references to the game scattered throughout.
Personal Eastern Scholar's Cottage
My first house design. I wanted to make it a cosy home for a scholar. Most of the house was built to fit into its Gridanian locale, but with Far Eastern influences, reflecting my character's Hingan roots.

Mizakaya
An apartment commissioned by Jyaki Valewyn. A bit of a back-seat design, as the client was required to do all of the actual furniture placement. To this end, the design was kept low-budget and relatively simple. The concept was a hole-in-the-wall ramen bar with a cramped apartment upstairs, suitable for roleplaying.

Commissioned by Rietty Lavoie. I was asked for an autumnal Hingan house, with a bar and space to hang out.

Cat Cafe and Host Club
Build for my FC. After a brief consultation with the members, I was asked to make something cute, something anime, a host club, and an internet cafe. I did my best, but missed the internet bit.

Modern Carbuncle House
Commission for Asettalin Woldarin. The client loved carbuncles, and dark colours, but disliked excessive use of bookshelves. They also requested a modern, but cosy house, and a gallery space.

Leftovers
My FC room. A zero light build made mostly with items leftover in storage and from vendors, hence the name.

Flower Shop
Built for Jyaki Valewyn. One of the most laid-back houses I got to work on, as it was a collaboration. The client had a vision for a verdant flower shop already that I helped put together.
Balmung - Shirogane - Ward 4 - Plot 33
Modern Japanese
Built for FC Varla Lattasel. They requested a modern Japanese house with a rooftop garden, traditional sunken hearth and tatami room. The house also needed to be claustrophobia friendly. Combined, this was a big challenge for me, as I have a strong preference for small, rustic, cosy spaces. The result was inspired by refurbished kyo-machiya (traditional Japanese townhouses), and had few enclosed areas, lots of open space, and high ceilings.

A low-light, one-floor Alpine/Ishgardian cabin designed for C'ihnu Enroh. Woody, cosy, and inviting.

Sargatanas - Lavender Beds - Ward 17 - Plot 15
A revisit of my first build, an FF7-inspired house. Following the same theme, but with the advantages of having a mansion and the remake to consult this time, I designed a house that looked like it might belong to a mid-ranking Shinra employee, living on the Plate. Inspiration was taken from Jessie's house, an real-life urban 90's houses; neither sleek nor beautiful, but functional, comfortable, and spacious, with all necessary amenities, and a few luxuries. Garden was done in Hingan style in keeping with the Shirogane location. Redesigned for Lunamaria Moonlight.

Mateus - Shirogane - Ward 3 - Plot 37
A 1.5 floor Kyo-machiya inspired build using the natural stairs. The request was for a modernized, refurbished, but true-to-tradition look with two floors, an indoor garden, and a high ceiling. To imitate the long and narrow architecture, the layout is flipped on its side, with the entrance to the west of the house, and the true entrance hidden behind a garden wall. To imitate the soft, low-light effect, there are few windows, and a lot of hidden ambiant lighting, resulting in perpetual state of dusk.

Tonberry - Shirogane - Ward 16 - Plot 58
High-contrast, modern, minimalist home. Inspired by the designs of tiny homes in real life. The high ceiling and counter heights were all adjusted for the owner, a male au ra, who didn't want the small space to feel cramped. As someone who loves wood textures, natural tones, tight, cosy spaces, and lots of clutter, this was a big challenge for me.
The yard was inspired by Mediterranean gardens.

A fun little PNW style bakery for a friend who bakes irl. The morning routine is interrupted by an unexpected visitor.
Cactuar - Mist - Ward 4 - Plot 9
A tiny, two-storey 0-light build, once again inspired by machiya. The owner requested a lala-friendly height, which played perfectly into the cramped, high-ceilinged, and low-light look that machiya are known for. Features a garden viewable from both floors, and a generous sunken bath.

Balmung - Shirogane - Ward 9 - Plot 28
A commission for Iris Desjardins. An airy, lush, palatial, yet cosy build heavily inspired by Moroccan riads and hammams, Indian throne rooms, and teterias. Much was drawn from the works of Ashen Bride and Rjork Askar as well. Works in the full range of light settings from 0-5.
